The present invention relates to a training apparatus which make a convenient assembly be carried out from one direction and respective parts be placed on both supporting plates as a unit, wherein a pair of supporting plates13, 14fixed to the main body frame2are provided, only one13of the supporting plates is formed so as to pass through the space defined by said main body frame2and saddle post5,and the crank shaft17and the shaft of the loading device are supported by at least one of said pair of supporting plates13, 14.
