A trailer, intended to be towed on public thoroughfares by a motorized vehicle, that readily converts to a mobile refreshment stand for use at parties and other places where a mobile refreshment stand may be desired having built-in refreshment disbursing, electrical power and refrigeration systems along with customer seating and storage space therein for carrying supplies.
