ABSTRACT:
A touch sensor using a Hall IC is provided. To this end, in a cantilever mechanism15of a parallel link by two plate springs16, a coupling member18on the fixed side is fixed to a supporting block24which penetrates through the center of a plate spring16on a lower side and uprightly provided on a pedestal22. A movable portion28on the free end side is a lightweight coupling member19provided by bend-processing an aluminum thin plate, to which a rare-earth magnet25is adhered. An elastic part20aof a Hall IC supporting member20is fixed to the coupling member18on the fixed side, and a rigid part20bwith a rib17ais supported by an adjusting rod36to fine-adjust relative position of a Hall IC26provided on the free end with respect to the magnet25. Elastic wire materials38sare fixed to the Hall IC supporting members20swhich hold at a free end38bthe self-weight of the movable portion28, and abutted with a lower surface40aof a bush on the inner surface of a housing12, 50that the movable portion28is stabilized in its position. A light load of 0.5 gf or less activates an anvil34, and the Hall IC26detects a minute displacement of 0.1 mm or less of the magnet25, in order to light up a signal light14.
