ABSTRACT:
The torque of fasteners, such as bolts, nuts and the like, is stabilized by a torque stabilizing agent comprising an organic film forming material and about 2% to about 25% by weight of a surface active agent. Applying the torque stabilizing agent to a fastener prevents defect of the fastening part, such as disconnection or damage.
