ABSTRACT:
A method for forming a tool10and a tool10which is comprised of several selectively coupled sectional members, such as members12, 16, which are placed upon a heat resistant surface20. A sealing material24, such as copper in a solid molecular state, is placed around the periphery of the tool10. The copper in a solid molecular state24, the heat resistant surface20, and the tool10are placed within a heat source which transforms the copper in a solid molecular state24into liquid which flows within the gaps, such as gap41and within knife edges26, 28which exists within the tool10. After the copper24cools, the cooper24reinforces and strengthens the tool10.
