ABSTRACT:
A toner for developing a static latent image is disclosed. The toner has a number based particle diameter distribution curve in which peak or maximum value is within the range of from 1.0 to 2.0 μm, and ratio of particles having particle diameter of from 1.0 to 2.0 μm is from 0.1 to 5.0% and ratio of particle having a diameter of at least 6.35 μm is 5.0%.
