ABSTRACT:
A toilet skirting device for inhibiting liquids leaking from a toilet from contacting a floor of a bathroom includes a plate being secured to a floor of a bathroom and having an opening extending therethrough being aligned with a waste pipe extending through the floor. The plate receives a toilet to inhibit seepage from a bottom end of the toilet from contacting the floor. A wax seal is positioned between the bottom end of the toilet and the plate. The wax seal forms a seal between the bottom end of the toilet and the plate to inhibit seepage of the liquid between the toilet and the plate.
