ABSTRACT:
A toilet flushing arrangement designed to encourage keeping the toilet seat and cover in the closed position when the toilet is not in use. The arrangement includes a flexible line having an inner end connected to an internal flush valve and and outer end automatically detachably connectable to a toilet seat cover, when the cover is moved to a vertical open position, so that, when the cover and seat are moved toward a horizontal closed position, tension on the line will lift the flush valve causing the toilet to be flushed.
