A tire for construction vehicles including the lug type, the semi-lug type, and the block type with a ratio of 60-75 percent of the area of the projecting portion of the tread to the total area of the tread having the standard size of 16.00-25 or larger or the wide size of 20.5-25 or larger, wherein the size of the projecting portion of the tread is under the conditions specified by the following formulas:
