ABSTRACT:
An object of the present invention is to markedly increase the tilt holding force of a tilt telescopic column. A tilt telescopic steering device includes: a fixed bracket1fixed to a vehicle; a movable bracket2capable of moving relative to the fixed bracket1; an intermediate bracket3which movably supports the movable bracket2in an axial direction, is rotatably pivoted on the fixed bracket1and is provided with a bearing301for rotatably supporting a steering shaft101; a lock shaft4for tiltably and telescopicably fixing the fixed bracket1and the movable bracket2at a predetermined position; and a connecting shaft5for telescopicably fixing the movable bracket2and the intermediate bracket3.
