ABSTRACT:
A throttle valve control device of an engine including a throttle valve pivotally arranged about a throttle valve shaft in a suction path of an engine, and a controller which controls the opening degree of the throttle valve in accordance with the amount of acceleration and which controls the throttle valve to pivot to a predetermined opening degree when a throttle valve driver is deactivated. The throttle valve is pivotal in a predetermined range of 90.degree. or more exceeding a control angular range in a normal control between a predetermined angular position for a minimum control opening degree and a predetermined angular position for a maximum control opening degree where a stopper is provided to regulate the pivoting of the throttle valve.
