To enhance assembling property of a throttle valve control device comprising a mechanical drive means and an electric drive means, and to enhance maintenance property at the time of checking and exchange operations of an accelerator wire, the electric drive means and the mechanical drive means are provided at an one side wall1aof a throttle body1toward the one side wall1aside from the one side direction A, the electric drive means comprises throttle valve lever5including a throttle valve lever open spring8,a motor gear9,and a drive gear6including an intermediate gear10,and the mechanical drive means comprises a limb opening control lever15,and an accelerator drum14including a drum close spring16.
