ABSTRACT:
In a throttle valve actuator, there are provided a first spline gear driven by a motor in a sliding operation, a second spline gear meshed with the first spline gear for rotating a shaft of a throttle valve device, a housing for rotatably supporting the second spline gear. An accelerator pedal is connected via an accelerator wire and the housing to second spline gear so as to rotate the shaft of the throttle valve device. The sliding operation of the first spline gear does not give any force to the accelerator pedal via the houisng and second spline gear.
