ABSTRACT:
A three-dimensional image special effect apparatus in which a track ball controls movement of a special image on a display screen. First and second rotation detection means detect the rotation of the track ball in first and second orthogonal directions. The apparatus further includes a device for comparing the outputs of the first and second rotation detectors and allowing only the one of the two outputs having higher value to be output.
