ABSTRACT:
An arrangement for a warp knitting or circular knitting machine, includes a carrier having a face with a groove. Also included is an evenly spaced plurality of thread processing elements lying in a single plane and protruding from the face of the carrier. A hardenable filling material is located in the groove in the face of the carrier. The thread processing elements have proximal ends embedded into this hardenable filling material in the groove of the face of the carrier.
