ABSTRACT:
A thin-film coil include a substrate and first and second spiral coils of bifilar winding. Each of the first and the second coils includes an outer circumferential end and an inner circumferential end. The outer circumferential ends of the first and the second spiral coils are insulated from each other and individually extended to a side of the substrate. The inner circumferential ends of the first and the second spiral coils are connected to each other and extended to a side of the substrate.
