ABSTRACT:
This invention provides compounds of Formula (1a)-(1f)wherein:X, R1, and R2are defined hereinbefore in the specification, which are useful in the treatment of cancer, stroke, osteoporosis, polycystic kidney disease, autoimmune disease, rheumatoid arthritis, and transplant rejection and process for producing said compounds.
