ABSTRACT:
The present invention describes novel thiazolo[4,5-d]pyrimidines of formula: ##STR1## wherein R.sup.3 is a substituted aromatic or heteroaromatic group, or pharmaceutically acceptable salt forms thereof, which are useful as CRF antagonists.
