A thermosensitive recording material which contains an aromatic isocyanate compound, an imino compound having at least one >C.dbd.NH group capable of reacting therewith upon heating to develop a color, fluoran compound I represented by the formula: ##STR1## and a fluoran compound II represented by the formula: ##STR2##
