ABSTRACT:
A thermoplastic resin composition which comprises (A) a thermoplastic polyester resin such as polybutylene terephthalate, (B) a rubber-modified styrenic resin such as an ABS resin, (C) an olefinic copolymer composed of (c-1) an olefinic polymer fragment and (c-2) a vinyl-series polymer fragment and (D) a branched ester obtainable from a C.sub.16-30 fatty acid and/or alcohol having at least one branched chain, and which may contain (E) an inorganic filler, (F) a flame-retardant, (G) an inorganic flame-retardant auxiliary and so on. This resin composition has improved friction/abrasion characteristics with maintaining its high mechanical characteristics, and is useful for providing a moulded article including a sliding member.
