ABSTRACT:
Thermoplastic compositions are described comprising blends of cross-linked rubber and thermoplastic linear crystalline polyester. Any thermoplastic polyesters having a softening point above 50.degree. C. are suitable. Satisfactory rubbers include natural or synthetic diene rubber, polyurethane rubber and nitrile rubber. The blends may also contain plasticizers.
