The present invention is directed to a thermoplastic composition which is a blend of A) a thermoplastic polyurethane and B) an at least partly crosslinked alkyl acrylate copolymer of a C.sub.1-6 alkyl acrylate and a monomer selected from the group consisting of acrylonitrile, styrene, vinyl acetate, C.sub.1-6 alkyl methacrylates and mixtures thereof.
