ABSTRACT:
A thermoelectric conversion material contains a metal oxide comprising M1, M2and oxygen, wherein M1is at least one selected from the group consisting of Ca, Sr and Ba and may contain an element selected from the group consisting of Li, Na, K, Mg, La, Ce, Nd, Sm, Bi and Pb, and wherein M2comprises Cu as an essential element and may contain an element selected from the group consisting of Ti, V, Cr, Mn, Fe, Co and Ni. The mole ratio of M2to M1(M2/M1) is 1.2 to 2.2.
