ABSTRACT:
A thermally controlled T/R module test apparatus utilizing a multi-stage thermoelectric cooling module to maintain a T/R module at predetemined temperature during test measurements. The thermoelectric cooling module provides a cooling capacity of 9 watts and a temperature differential of 80.degree. centigrade which allows the T/R module to be thermally cycled during the test measurements.
