ABSTRACT:
A thermally conductive sheet includes a polyolefin elastomer mixed with a thermally conductive filler. The amount of volatile organic gas generated from the sheet is not more than 1000 μg/cm2per unit surface area. The amount of volatile corrosive gas generated from the sheet is not more than 10 μg/cm2per unit surface area. The sheet has a thermal conductivity of 0.5 to 20 W/m·K. This thermally conductive sheet generates fewer volatile substances and can be used even in a closed place.
