The thermal-transfer printer includes: a pair of head attaching arms12having fitting holes12crespectively inserted with support shafts9and having center lines inclined to axis lines of the supporting shafts9by a predetermined inclination angle; and supporting shaft attaching portions12bbeing bent by bending lines12dthat intersects with a line connecting the fitting holes12cand a printing position of a thermal head11relative to a sheet100. The fitting hole12cof respective supporting shaft attaching portion12bare attached to the supporting shafts9in a state of being elastically bent in directions opposed to each other such that predetermined inclination angles of the supporting shafts9of center lines of the fitting hole12cof the supporting shaft attaching portion12brelative to axis lines of the supporting shafts9are reduced.
