ABSTRACT:
A thermal remediation apparatus for the combustion of hydrocarbon contaminants within particulate fill including a generally cylindrical combustion chamber having an exhaust port, an inlet, an outlet, and a mill having two shafts and four burners. The apparatus also includes a condenser including a condensing unit and a conduit, and an exhaust system including a fan, and optionally an exhaust stack, and a plate burner.
