ABSTRACT:
Thermal electrostatic ink-jet recording wherein improved stability and speed of operation are achieved by use of an ink having a viscosity ratio satisfying the relative .mu.R/.mu.H>10, where .mu.R represents the viscosity of the ink at 20.degree. C. and .mu.H represents the viscosity of the ink at a temperature between 70.degree. C. and 200.degree. C.
