ABSTRACT:
A method for treating endothelial cell dysfunction, such as associated with cardiovascular disease are disclosed, particularly using the isozyme selective PKC inhibitor, s-(3,3'-indolyl)!-1(H)-pyrrole-2,5-dione hydrochloride salt.
