ABSTRACT:
The use of compounds of formula I as topical agents to combat the disorders of the skin produced by photodamage which disorders include: wrinkling, elastosis and premature aging is described. Compounds of formula I are ##STR1## wherein n represents 1 or 2, Z represents --SO.sub.2 R, wherein R represents lower-alkyl, lower-alkenyl, lower-alkynyl, lower-alkoxy-lower-alkyl, lower-alkanoyl-lower-alkyl, hydroxy-lower-alkyl, halo-lower-alkyl, lower-carbalkoxy-lower-alkyl, lower-alkoxy, hydroxy, mono-lower-alkyl amino or di-lower-alkylamino
and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof.
