ABSTRACT:
Novel tetrahydrofuran derivatives of the formula ##EQU1## wherein R is a branched or linear alkyl of 1 to 10 carbon atoms and R.sub.1 is alkyl of 1 to 5 carbon atoms and X is selected from the group consisting of chlorine, bromine, --OH and alkylcarbonyloxy of 2 to 5 carbon atoms useful as insecticides and their preparation.
