ABSTRACT:
Contacting carbon monoxide, at least one .alpha.-olefin, and at least one mono-olefin with non-terminal carbon-carbon double bonds or mono-ethylinically unsaturated compound with both non-terminal double bonds and one or two carbonyloxy groups in the presence of a catalyst composition formed by contacting a palladium compound, the anion of an acid having a pKa less than 6 and a bidentate phosphorus or nitrogen ligand results in the production of novel polyketone terpolymers.
