ABSTRACT:
A terminal fitting (10) is made of a metallic plate material stamped out into a specified shape and has a substantially flat main body (13), a substantially flat coupling (16) extending from an outer peripheral edge of the main body (13), and a wire crimping portion (17) further extending from an extending end of the coupling (16). The coupling (16) of the terminal fitting (10) has a reinforcement formed by placing reinforcing plates (20, 26) substantially one over the other.
