ABSTRACT:
A differential reference voltage regulator for I.sup.2 L silicon integrated circuits having temperature compensation means including a temperature reference transistor and a balance resistance, R2, connected in series between a reference resistance, R1, and a current source transistor wherein ##EQU1## where n is the ratio of currents applied to a pair of transistors which form a differential regulator.
