ABSTRACT:
A mobile crane which has the advantages of both a telescopic cantilever jib and of a lattice strut or lightweight jib. This is achieved in accordance with the invention by providing a powered link which swings the foot of the base section of the telescopic jib between a forward position for use and a rearward position for stowage.
