A wobblestick for forming teeth on a wobblestick wherein the minimum distance between the axis of the hob and the axis of the wobblestick remain substantially uniform throughout the forming of the teeth so as to form the teeth while producing a wobblestick having a uniform diameter throughout the length of the wobblestick.
