Externally placed cards with covert embedments trigger, by radio frequency energy variables, electronic switching systems within a decoder box. Indicia displayed on differing cards present clues which, if properly interpreted and acted upon, result in positive motivational awards. If improper actions result negative motivational effects can be displayed or, by selection, the negative motivational display can be blanked out.
