ABSTRACT:
An improved tarp fastener is disclosed. The fastener comprises a button and a roughly hair-pin shaped wire retainer, the apical segment is bent out of the plane of the retainer so that the apical segment is spaced sufficiently apart from button to accommodate a variety of tarp thicknesses when the button and retainer are engaged and fastened to a tarp.
