ABSTRACT:
Rigid containers held assembled together form a dispenser from which chaff s dispersed by internally generated pressure when it exceeds a predetermined ejection level to displace and remove a sealing cap from a retention position causing rupture of an associated snap-lock, followed by controlled dispersal of the chaff.
