A tape feeder1includes a carrying sprocket4for carrying a carrier tape3at inside of a cabinet2, a motor5for driving to rotate the carrying sprocket4, a driven sprocket6driven to rotate by a movement of the carrier tape3carried at inside of the cabinet2, and an exfoliating roller7rotated cooperatively with rotation of the driven sprocket6for reeling to exfoliate a cover tape12pasted onto the carrier tape3for sealing a part, in which driving of the motor5is transmitted as an operation of carrying the carrier tape3and is transmitted to the driven sprocket6by way of the carrier tape3.
