ABSTRACT:
A tank has an enlarged cylindrical lower section a small tubular upper section. A hemispherical middle section is provided between the lower and upper sections. A gas dispensing hose has an inner end attached to the upper section and an outer free end. A support assembly has an interior component with an inner long leg and an outer long leg with an inner bend there between. The support assembly also has an exterior component with an inner short leg and an outer short leg with an outer bend there between. The support assembly also has a lateral leg integrally formed with the upper end of the inner long leg and an outer curvature removably coupled to the tubular upper section adjacent to the semi-hemispherical section.
