ABSTRACT:
The present invention provides modifiedCampylobactersialyltransferase proteins that exhibit enhanced expression as compared to its unmodified form. Nucleic acids that encode the sialyltransferase proteins are also included, as are methods to produce and use the sialyltransferase proteins.
