There is provided a T-nut formed of a metal material in an integrated manner, having a shank portion49and an octagonal or almost octagonal flange portion50, and two pairs of claws55to58. The shank portion49has a caulking portion51and a female screw portion52. The caulking portion51is formed thinner than the female screw portion52.
