ABSTRACT:
An object of the present invention is to provide a novel system for supporting a vibrator having a terminal for electrical connection so that the vibrator may be miniaturized and the deviation of vibration property among vibrators mounted on the supporting systems may be prevented. The supporting system has a substrate11and bonding wires9, 10supported on the substrate11and to be joined with a vibrator1. The vibrator1is supported with the bonding wires9, 10so that the vibrator1does not directly contact the substrate11and bonding wires9, 10are electrically connected with a terminal6of the vibrator1.
