A system and method for reducing nitrogen oxide emissions (NOx) in the exhaust from a combustion device, such as a reciprocating engine, using a solution containing a NOxreducing agent which is mixed with and atomized by air flow drawn from the combustion intake and injected into the combustion exhaust.
