ABSTRACT:
Combinations having synergistic anxiolytic activity which comprise a first component selected from the group consisting of 8-hydroxy-2-(dipropylamino)-1,2,3,4-tetrahydronaphthalene, gepirone, ipsapirone, tandospirone, (7S,9S)-2-(2-pyrimidyl)-7-(succinimidomethyl)-perhydro-1H-pyrido[1,2-a]pyr azine, or chlordiazepoxide; and a second component selected from the group consisting of 1-(2-pyrimidyl)pyrazine and idazoxan.
