ABSTRACT:
A synchronizer ring comprises a boss, three projections disposed on the peripheral surface of the boss at the angular interval of 120.degree., and a round elastic ring engaged with and supported by the three projections characterized in that, three protrusions are disposed at both sides or one side of the three projections and spaced apart from the projections and adjacent thereto for supporting the round elastic ring, the protrusions having the sectional diameter same as that of the round elastic ring. The protrusions may be integrally formed with and extending from the projections. Four to six projections can be disposed on the peripheral surface of the boss at the angular interval of 90.degree. to 60.degree. and a round elastic ring engaged with and supported by the projections.
