In addition, a conduit guide means is mounted within one of the halves and fully enclosed by the other half and at least one half has an interior bore tapered downward in diameter presenting its smallest cross-section to said guide means. The guide means also includes structure to allow bending of said conduit with the angling of one half to the other without damage to said conduit.
