ABSTRACT:
Switchboard and panelboard enclosures include a main electronic circuit breaker interconnected with a plurality of branch circuit breakers by means of a corresponding plurality of terminal boards. Zone-Selective-Interlock and Load Selection functions are achieved by signals transmitted between the branch circuit breakers and the main circuit breaker. The accessories within the branch circuit breakers respond to tripping signals from the main circuit breaker to provide the Zone-Selective-Interlock and Load Selection functions.
