ABSTRACT:
To provide a dual-system switch device for a transmission, using conventional components, without newly preparing a new dual-system switch device, a switch device1for a transmission comprises: a main inhibitor switch11which is connected to a shift cable32moving in accordance with the select position of a shift lever3operated by a driver, and which detects the select position of the shift lever in accordance with the movement of the shift cable32; and a sub-inhibitor switch13which is connected to the shift cable32via a connecting member, and which detects the select position of the shift lever in accordance with the movement of the shift cable.
